Google Workspace Migration Specialist
Immediate need for a talented Google Workspace Migration Specialist. This is a 15+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Columbus, OH /Plano NJ /Wilmington, DE (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $68 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert knowledge and support on Client Workspace (GWS) accounts, permissions, privileges, and current app usage.
- Assist the Banking migration team in the UK by answering questions and providing solutions related to the Client Workspace setup.
- Collaborate with the Banking M365 migration team to ensure a seamless transition from Client Workspace to M365.
- Conduct research and provide insights on the current email architecture and GWS app usage.
- Support end-users by determining use case scenarios (internal, external, mix) and addressing their concerns.
- Ensure that the migration process adheres to Banking's security and compliance policies.
- Work closely with the Banking internal team to manage user communication and notifications related to the migration.
- Provide recommendations for migration tools and strategies to facilitate the transition.
- Assist in the decommissioning of the legacy Client Workspace environment post-migration.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills:GWS (Google Workspace) ,Migration ,M365 (Microsoft 365) .
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and migrating Client Workspace environments.
- Strong understanding of Client Workspace (GWS) accounts, permissions, privileges, and app usage.
- Familiarity with M365 and its integration with Client Workspace.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in providing technical support and training to end-users.
- Knowledge of security and compliance policies related to data migration.
- Experience with migration tools and strategies.
- Knowledge of third-party applications integrated with Client login.
- Familiarity with Client Analytics and its migration to other analytics platforms.
- Understanding of data retention policies and historical data migration.
- The role requires collaboration with various departments, including IT, customer service, and the central migration team.
- The candidate should be flexible with location preferences, with a preference for the East Coast to ensure timezone overlap with the Banking team in the UK.
