Key Responsibilities:
- Shift: Prefer Central Time Zone 8:30-5:00 Overtime not required.
- The monthly metric goals are Conversions-the number of appts made during a successful call: 20% meets expectation-30% exceeds expectation
- Quality Audits: 92% or better per audit
- Call volume: 1000 or better
- HRAs Completed: 68 or better
- Care Gap Assessments Completed: 200 or better
- Adherence to schedule: 90% or better
- Consistent engagement as a WFH employee as seen in the Cloud Dialer Power BI report.
- Client required training, role specific training and meet the team.
- Key Skills:Call Center/Customer Service, Healthcare, Member services .
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and other software programs.
- Good communication and documentation skills with members facing medical needs.
- Good time management skills as this is a remote position.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Call center experience.
- Medical background.
- High school plus work experience.
- Microsoft 365, Genesys.
