Pay Range: $42 - $74/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: Various Shifts (may include days, nights, weekends)
• Schedule: Full-time
• Partner with the Nurse Manager to provide daily leadership, support staff development, and ensure accountability for clinical outcomes and performance standards.
• Mentor and coach unit staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes recruitment, retention, and professional growth.
• Assist in managing clinical and financial operations for the unit, including supporting budget monitoring and performance improvement initiatives.
• Uphold the highest professional, ethical, and regulatory standards, ensuring corporate compliance and clinical competency.
• Model effective interdisciplinary teamwork and collaboration with physicians, staff, and other departments.
• Represent the unit positively and participate in shared governance and decision-making processes.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Current RN license (Georgia or Compact State)
• BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and communication skills
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• National certification in nursing administration is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong aptitude for coaching, mentoring, and progressive management responsibilities.
• Desire to develop skills in healthcare finance, operations, and the use of data/technology to support decisions.
• Understanding of risk management, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, quality, safety, and shared governance.
