Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and build Epic modules including ClinDoc, Procedure Orders, Order Sets, BPAs, Order Transmittal, ASAP (ED workflows), HIM (eSignature, SmartForms), OpTime, and Anesthesia.
- Translate clinical and business requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform workflow analysis, validation testing, documentation, and release implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical teams, IT, and change management.
- Ensure build efficiency and accuracy at all stages.
- Key skills; 5+ years of post-certification Epic build experience
- One or more of the following Epic certifications:
- EpicCare Inpatient – Clinical Documentation (ClinDoc)
- EpicCare Inpatient – Procedure Orders
- Epic ASAP
- Epic HIM – eSignature and SmartForms
- Epic OpTime
- Epic Anesthesia
