Network Technician - Hands and Feet

Pay Range: $23 - $24/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Unbox new gear and transport to the site
• Install new network devices
• Remove old gear
• Update/Image network devices
• Work with engineering to patch ports
• Sanitize/wipe the old network devices
• Plan with engineers on upcoming cutovers
• Assist in coordinating with client
• Track progress of project
• Report progress and any delays to stake holders
• Imaging/Update network gear to approved image and base configurations
• Unboxing the network gear, Imaging console and USB or via dedicated network, transportation to site, mounting in rack, patching cables, moving power sources, removal of old gear, transport back, wiping old hardware, update monitoring and inventory platforms  
• Monitor, record, track, and respond timely to requests
• Provide project management for project to include planning and tracking progress, and reporting
• Maintain and update the ticket status, log in the ticketing system
• will manage the users scheduling/appointments and communication
• Network Refresh Management, Tracking & Reporting for Network team and deliverables
• Has reliable transportation
• Willing to travel daily to remote locations to perform work
• Willing to work after hours and/or nights/weekends
