Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Written custom prompts to get desired output during interaction (live or batch) using LLM
• Design and develop AI prompts tailored for insurance underwriting processes.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to understand submission requirements and create intelligent prompts for efficient data collection.
• Streamline and optimize the submission process using AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Evaluate and analyze underwriting submissions, utilizing AI algorithms to assess risk factors and provide data-driven insights.
• Utilize AI models to assess potential losses and predict risk scenarios.
• Develop and implement loss assessment strategies to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Work closely with IT and AI development teams to integrate AI models into underwriting systems seamlessly.
• Ensure the compatibility of AI algorithms with existing underwriting workflows.
• Demonstrate expertise in General Artificial Intelligence, exploring and implementing cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance underwriting processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Gen AI, applying relevant innovations to improve underwriting practices.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-MLOps, LLM, Machine Learning.

• The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.
• Years of experience needed –6+ yrs. (3+ yrs. in relevant field).
