Pay Range: $120000 - $170000/annum.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, schedule, and budget.
• Manage multiple large-scale construction and life safety system projects simultaneously.
• Drive coordination, scheduling, and cost control across internal teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure consistent quality throughout design, installation, and commissioning of Fire Alarm and Security systems.
• Supervise subcontractor performance and enforce safety and compliance standards.
• Mitigate risks through proactive problem-solving, contract knowledge, and change management.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders and document project progress.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems, Project & Construction Management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Architecture-Engineering and/or Design-Build environments.
• At least 5 years in construction project management on large-scale programs.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Fire Alarm, Security, or Client Systems.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 72, NFPA 101, and fire alarm compliance.
