Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with upgrading workstations and laptops to Windows 11.
- Provide end-user support to Securities Teammates.
- Perform moves (including workstations and printers), rebuild, installs, and depot equipment when required.
- Responds to technical issues on site or over the phone for users; investigates error messages and determines resolution; troubleshoot issues that are causing errors; investigates appropriate areas of potential problem and determines resolution.
- Key Skills: Windows 11 upgrade, End User-Desktop Support experience, Banking/ Financial Domain .
- Minimum 5 + years’ experience in end user-desktop support.
- Experience supporting Banking or other financial industry sectors.
- Extensive experience supporting Windows 10/11, Office 365, desktop hardware, and network connectivity.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with expertise in documentation and collaboration.
- A dedicated team player who excels in working alongside IT staff to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve various issues.
- Demonstrates the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
