Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• The Senior Digital Product Manager will play a critical role in both crafting and executing our digital vision
• Champions the product vision, strategy, and overall product roadmap goals/KPIs aligned to strategic company objectives
• Partner with multiple product teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement
• Maintains and communicates strategic product roadmaps across multiple product workstreams
• Deliver platform solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication and ongoing risk assessment
• Communicates to executive stakeholders on channel strategy, execution, and performance
• Conducts market research and digital strategies to drive innovation and maintain market leadership
• Maintains product budgets, partner contracts, and financial models to prove ROI
• Partner with Scrum teams, Product Owners, stakeholder, and business leaders to effectively achieve business goals

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Product and Portfolio roadmap , Utility experience , Crafting and Executing Digital vision, JIRA , Product budgets, Partner contracts, and Financial models
• Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination toward action
• Ability to communicate complex and innovative concepts to a new product development team
• Clear passion for topics of technology products and an ability to identify possibilities to innovate
• Ability to be self-directed and to proactively anticipate problems and seek opportunities
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to build relationships
• Understanding of the SDLC process and ability to work in an agile environment with bi-weekly releases
• Experience operating in an environment driven by KPIs
• Five or more years experience in utility industry
• Experience as a Product Analyst
• Agile Product Owner certification
• 'Black Belt' Six Sigma certification
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with relevant new product or technology development experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with teams developing and shipping software
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, marketing or related business discipline
• Years of prior equivalent work-related experience in lieu of a degree (if applicable): 9+
• Years of prior equivalent work-related experience in addition to a degree: 5+ years experience in relevant business area
• Licenses, certifications, or registrations: Product Owner certification.
