Supply Chain Coordinator

Pay Range: $35 - $40/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and support equipment and inventory for Client markets using SAP.
• Create daily Outbound Delivery Documents (OBDs) to ensure the smooth distribution of equipment.
• Perform weekly maintenance of aged inventory within our distribution centers to optimize inventory flow.
• Collaborate closely with Equipment Engineers and other internal business partners to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
• Execute accurate data entry and perform thorough data analysis to support key business decisions.
• Assist in managing project timelines, tracking milestones, and identifying potential bottlenecks to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Establish and deliver reporting that details project queues and inventory status.
• Drive process improvements and adopt best practices to improve team performance and efficiency.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:  

• Top 3 skills: SAP HANA, Excel, Project Management
• Two or more years of experience working with SAP with a high level of proficiency.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., V-Lookup, Pivot Tables) and Google Sheets.
