- Effectively work with and collaborate across the teams, building relationships with partners and inspiring trust members
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills: - Risk-based auditing, accounting, Operational Risk and Governance exp
- Previous finance/banking/accounting experience
- 3-7 years of professional experience in risk-based auditing, accounting, or financial analysis (we should work with 5-7 years) Operational Risk and Governance exp.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant or candidate (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) desirable, but not required
- Banking/financial services industry experience preferred
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment as well as individually
- Creative and analytical approach in a problem-solving environment
- Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
