Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure user stories’ acceptance criteria are clear, minimize ambiguity, and are “demoable”.
• Ensure the Native developer understands the design being implemented and the corresponding use cases.
• Encourage ongoing communication/feedback/validation interactions between development and design to avoid rework.
• Ensure native developers follow the Definition of Done. Facilitate stakeholder demos.
• Ensure deliverables stay on target and identify potential impediments for prompt resolution.
• Maintain a groomed backlog ideally 2 sprints worth of groomed stories ahead.
• Through interactions with the Mobile team, capture feedback and ideas on improvements and draft stories.
• Participate in all Mobile team Agile ceremonies.
• Participate in PI Planning

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Product Owner, Digital/Mobile Platforms (iOS/Android), Agile/SAFe, JIRA, ServiceNow, Gitlab.
• Note: This Digital Product Owner (DPO must have experience with Digital/Mobile Platforms (iOS/Android).
• Create/refine user stories/bugs in JIRA.
• Utilize out-of-the-box JIRA Boards as well as create personal JIRA dashboards & filters to organize and facilitate managing the backlog
• Stay on top of story status progression throughout the sprint via JIRA and monitor story communication via Outlook (JIRA Tags)
• Lead backlog grooming session navigating and updating story descriptions, Acceptance Criteria, and estimates directly from JIRA..
• Track release progress and sign off on acceptance through ServiceNow and/or Gitlab.
• 4+ years of experince working as a Product Owner in Digital Space.
• Experience writing and prioritizing agile stories and features (4 years)
• Solid understanding of digital platforms and technology (2 years)
• Advanced knowledge of Agile software delivery (SAFe preferred) (2 years)
• Experience with digital platforms and technology
• Self-starter and autonomous worker
• Excellent communication skills
• ServiceNow (Release Management)
• Banking/Financial/Insurance domain
• Jira
• Gitlab
