- Key Skills;Product Development Life Cycle, Change Management, Product Management .
- Proven experience in product development, preferably in complex or large-scale organizations.
- Strong understanding of transformation initiatives and change management practices.
- Ability to translate practical product insights into structured process improvements.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation or lifecycle optimization programs.
