Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for thoroughly examining commercial loan documents, verifying the accuracy and completeness of all documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, and identifying any potential risks or discrepancies within loan packages, ultimately safeguarding the client’s portfolio by maintaining high quality loan standards.
- Key Skills:Data Entry, Quality, Documentation management .
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six to eight years of relevant experience.
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases.
- Thorough knowledge of legal documents used to support applicable loan/lease processing.
- Ability to apply critical thinking for all elements of loan documentation.
- Ability to master the bank's documentation software.
- Comprehensive knowledge of closing policies and procedures, funding policies, underwriting requirements, governmental and agency requirements, terminology, and automated processing systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of applicable credit policies and approval processes for assigned product(s).
- Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast paced, high production, professional environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Review and process Documents to company standard/checklists and computer system.
- Data Entry.
- Report Generating.
- Scan Documents.
- Labeling Files.
- Organize Carts.
- Filing Documents.
- Meet Deadlines/Daily Production Requirements.
- Assist with other departments dependent of business needs and work volume.
- Basic Microsoft Office Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to meet Deadlines/Daily Production Requirements.

- Strong Attention to detail.
- Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 15lbs.
- Familiarity with Mortgage Documents preferred.
- Familiarity with EMBTrust.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong time management, organization, and problem solving skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (Manipulating data, vLookups, locating trends, etc.).
