UAS Nurse

Pay Range: $52 - $56/hour + Mileage.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• RN must prep for the visit the morning of or afternoon before (Review of EMR and previous assessments).
• Be prepared to use critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Accurately document according to the provided documentation template which is a minimum of what is expected.
• Review all documentation and utilize Lenavi to identify inconsistencies that need to be corrected or validated.
• Complete and load supplemental tools and documents.
• Each day varies, nurse needs to be flexible with schedule and process changes, critical thinking and problem solving, prepared for travel, weather variability.
• Ability to be non-judgmental when visiting members’ homes and experiencing adverse events.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-MLTC, MAP UAS
• Complete 2-5 visits depending on the type of visit assigned.
• Visits have different time allotments assigned based on what is required during the visit.
• Individuals that have MLTC, MAP or Maximus experience.
• UAS RN
• MLTC, MAP or Maximus experience.
• Flexibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Technology: outlook, Excel, Microsoft.
• AS
• Software Skills Required: Word, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft, Adobe, EMS.
• Required Certifications: RN, NY State Driver’s License.
• Organized.
• Education Preferred: BSN.
• Note-Location: F 2 F – Remote (Travel to the members home to conduct the visit.) Brooklyn or Bronx or Manhattan.
• Duration: 3 Months  (contract to hire).
  Shift Time & Working Days: 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM position (7.5 hours daily). Overtime may be required.
