Pediatric Case Manager
Immediate need for a talented Pediatric Case Manager. This is a 03+ Months Contract to hire opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Florida(Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $26 - $31.83/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Note:
- Location: Region 3-6
- Region 3: Alachua, Bradford, Citrus, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Hernando, Lafayette, Lake, Levy, Marion, Putnam, Sumter, Suwannee, and Union
- Region 4: Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, St. Johns, and Volusia
- Region 5: Pasco and Pinellas
- Region 6: Hardee, Highlands, Hillsborough, Manatee and Polk
- Shift Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday | Weekend work may be needed during Hurricane Season for disaster outreach.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Pediatric case management experience.
- Experience connecting families/children to local resources for various services including employment, housing, independent living, justice, foster care, etc.
- Health plan experience.
- Foster care and/or adoption experience.
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Software Skills Required: Microsoft Office- Outlook, Word, and Excel.
