Pay Range: $43 - $48/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care & Care Coordination-Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions
• Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Deliver safe and effective nursing care following established policies and procedures
• Document assessments, care provided, education, and changes in patient condition
• Support patient flow and ensure a positive care experience
• Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction-Listen attentively to patients and families to understand needs and concerns
• Provide education on health conditions, treatments, and care plans
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient- and family-centered care principles
• Communicate pertinent information to families, providers, and care team members
• Performance Improvement-Participate in quality initiatives and work environment enhancements
• Offer ideas, support change initiatives, and contribute to organizational goals
• Help promote improved patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
• Professional Competence & Growth-Maintain professional licensure and certifications
• Complete required trainings and stay current with clinical best practices
• Seek opportunities for professional development and leadership skills
• Participate in shared governance, councils, or nursing committees
• Professional Leadership-Mentor and support peers through preceptorship and knowledge sharing
• Promote a positive and safe work environment
• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and accountability in practice
• Assist in recruitment and promotion of the nursing profession

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-BSN, BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) — Required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing — Preferred
• Active RN License (Single-State or Multi-State Compact)
• BLS – Basic Life Support (Instructor or Provider)
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
