Pay Range: $55 - $61/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the definition, creating, testing, and maintenance of technology KRIs as reporting through the technology key risk indicator program.
• The position will be responsible for maintenance and development of the Technology Risk Scorecard (Tableau-based) in support of the KRIs.
• Ensuring that adds, changes, and removals of key risk indicators flow smoothly through KRI processes and stakeholders receive timeline communications regarding work requests.
• Assisting the GCO with management of the KRI inventory / backlog.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Tableau and SQL skills, SAS reporting and analysis tools preferred, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint experience, troubleshooting, key risk indicator program.
• Strong Tableau and SQL skills required.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with data and reporting processes.
• Ability to interpret business intent and objectives and validate that metrics design supports those objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Candidates should be self-started with a track record of taking initiative.
• Ability to work seamlessly across multiple organizations to ensure work objectives are accomplished.
• SAS reporting and analysis tools preferred.
• Microsoft Teams and SharePoint experience desired.
• Client experience a plus.
• Experience designing business processes desired but not required.
