Key Responsibilities:
- The Care Engagement Specialists provide a concierge service to our most vulnerable Medicare members to improve member experience, close care gaps, complete annual HRAs, increase member retention, remove social determinants of health and improve health outcomes .
- The monthly metric goals are: Conversions-the number of appts made during a successful call: 20% meets expectation-30% exceeds expectation
- Quality Audits: 92% or better per audit
- Call volume: 1000 or better
- HRAs Completed: 68 or better
- Care Gap Assessments Completed: 200 or better
- Adherence to schedule: 90% or better
- Consistent engagement as a WFH employee as seen in the Cloud Dialer Power BI report.
- Remote – Candidate must reside in Central Time Zones Only
- Shift: Central Time Zone 8:30-5:00 .
- Key Skills: Bilingual is a plus.
- Call center experience
- Medical background .
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and other software programs.
- Good communication and documentation skills with members facing medical needs.
- Good time management skills as this is a remote position.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Microsoft 365, Genesys .
