Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of Splash and BI Publisher reports
- Translate business reporting requirements into technical solutions
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to offshore team
- Support UAT, defect fixes, and production reporting issues
- Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
- Skills-Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Splash report development
- Extensive experience in Oracle BI Publisher (RTF, XML, XDO templates)
- Advanced PL/SQL skills (packages, procedures, functions, complex SQL)
- Strong understanding of Oracle Databases
- Experience in report performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite / Fusion reporting
- Exposure to large data volumes and performance optimization
- Prior onsite–offshore coordination experience
- Location: Remote with Occasional Travel for Houston, TX
