- Key Skills:Sharepoint, E-learning, Adult Learning, bachelor’s degree .
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Training, Learning Design or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of learning and development experience, including adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
- Experience in a healthcare/managed care setting preferred.
- PHR/SPHR preferred.
- For positions supporting Medical Management, RN/LPN/LVN preferred."
