Cloud/Kubernetes Cyber Security Engineer

Pay Range: $95 - $100/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Note: This contractor will be working Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Deployment and Support of our Kubernetes platform security initiatives.
• Codify security policies and controls and engineer them into the platform.
• Automate various process flows to improve developer Experience.
• Automate Configuration management and enforcement of the same in the pipelines and the platform.    

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 2 years of Shell/Linux experience with RedHat Sysadmin Certificates for RHEL7 or above.
• 2 years of experience with Python programming.
• 2 years of Kubernetes hands-on experience.
• Desirable /Nice to have- CKAD and/or CKA certification.
• Prefer candidates with a Computer science background with hands-on coding & automation experience.
