Pay Range: $27/hr - $37/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Day and Night Shifts (On-Call Required)
• Perform echocardiographic examinations including transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE), stress echocardiograms, and Doppler studies as ordered by physicians.
• Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the test, positioning them properly, and ensuring comfort and safety.
• Operate and maintain echocardiography ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality cardiac images.
• Record, measure, and document cardiac structures, blood flow patterns, and heart function for physician interpretation.
• Assist cardiologists during advanced procedures when required.
• Ensure accurate patient data entry and proper documentation in medical records and imaging systems.
• Monitor patients during procedures and report abnormal findings or patient distress to the physician immediately.
• Maintain infection control, patient confidentiality, and safety protocols at all times.
• Perform routine equipment quality checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff to provide efficient patient care.
• Stay updated with latest echocardiography techniques, protocols, and technology.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology
• Proficiency in echocardiography imaging techniques
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a clinical environment
• Diploma or Degree in Cardiac Technology / Echocardiography / Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• Relevant clinical experience in echocardiography preferred
