Pay Range: $80 - $85/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage Marketing Eloqua instance including all related activities such as data flows, campaign configuration/testing, lead scoring, segmentation, reporting and integrations Salesforce and opt out management system
• Design and implement automated marketing campaigns in Eloqua, including email marketing, lead nurturing and scoring
• Setup and maintain data integrations between Eloqua and data sources, Salesforce and  out management system
• Develop and fine tune lead scoring models and audience segmentation based on customer behavior and demographics
• Manage and configure Eloqua settings, including user permissions, data fields and API integrations
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvements
• Identify and resolve issues related to data syncing, email deliverability, and other technical aspects of Eloqua
• Provide support and training to marketing users on Eloqua best practice and system functionality
• Develop and manage Eloqua forms and landing pages

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Eloqua/API integration/ Frontend(Javascript)
• Hands on proficiency in Oracle Eloqua
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScripts for email templates and landing pages
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM platforms and their integration with Eloqua
• Strong understanding of API integration and data flows between marketing automation tools and CRM
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer
