Procurement Contract Compliance Specialist

Pay Range: $28 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the management and overall oversight of compliance with organizational and Health Plan contract requirements.
- This position collaborates with various Client Health Plans, corporate functions, and third-party vendors to facilitate contract compliance, oversight of the Procurement Contract Center of Excellence (CoE) team's contract templates, playbooks, clause library, policies, and procedures.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Procurement, Contracts, Compliance, and experience working with Third Party vendors
- General knowledge of procurement concepts and processes required.
- 1+ years experience with reviewing complex legal and commercial terms and raising risk exposures under general supervision required.
- 3+ years experience with any, multiple, or all the following: compliance or regulatory experience in a health care and/or managed care setting/organization, government procurement and flow down requirements for subcontractors or third-party vendors, and/or drafting contract templates, terms and conditions, and improving contracting processes required.
- Training and presentation skills preferred.
- Experience with government procurement (FAR/DFAR) or CMS-related contracting preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Coupa and/or other ticket management and contract lifecycle management tools preferred".
- Prefer Experience in Healthcare contracting and Government Product Attachments.
- Experience working with Third Party vendors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with managing high volume in a ticketing system
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
