ServiceNow Engineer

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:  

• Key skills; ITOM Module
• JavaScript
• ServiceNow APIs
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent
• Five or more years’ experience in a software development related to the role
• Comprehension and experience with application and implementation of the following: ServiceNow ITOM Event Management module - Integration Connectors (OOTB and Custom)Event / Alert / Correlation rule creation, Notifications, ServiceNow ITSM stack
• Strong knowledge of the ITSM framework.
• Proven experience with development and implementation of any ServiceNow Modules – ITOM Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, CSDM, Configuration (CMDB) or other ITSM / CMDB applications (MID Servers, Discovery).
• Proven experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs
• Familiar with the following software languages: JavaScript, Powershell, HTML, JSON, CSS, AJAX
• Experience in working within the Agile standard methodology and participate in the ceremonies.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior-level developers
• Proven ability to work with individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner and build and maintain effective relationships
