Key Responsibilities:
- Engagement Strategy & Program Design
- Own the end-to-end strategy for scaled partner engagement and feedback within client Program.
- Design and operationalize scalable engagement mechanisms (surveys, advisory councils, Voice of Partner feedback sessions, always-on feedback loops) that inform MVP and future-state program design.
- Establish repeatable frameworks and KPIs (survey response rates, partner satisfaction, feedback themes) to measure partner sentiment, validate assumptions, and assess program health and impact.
- Partner Communications Strategy
- Lead program-level partner communications strategy, including launch workbacks, comms briefs, intake management, cross-functional alignment with Partner Marketing, and execution tracking across commercial model workstreams.
- Establish governance (DACE, intake processes, SOPs) to clarify ownership of comms deliverables and ensure a unified partner narrative.
- Define and track communications KPIs (e.g. open rates, CTR, clarity/sentiment) to measure effectiveness and partner understanding.
- Partner Insights & Satisfaction
- Own the GPP Voice of Partner (VOP) research strategy, embedding structured qualitative validation and quantitative sentiment measurement into MVP and GA program milestones.
- Lead qualitative research sprints in partnership with research teams to pressure-test program mechanics and commercial models
- Stand up and scale quarterly NPS/PSAT measurement across commercial models.
- Define survey design, cadence, governance, and reporting framework in partnership with customer research team and program owners.
- Establish baseline benchmarks and synthesize cross-segment insights into actionable recommendations that influence roadmap and GTM decisions.
- Always-On Feedback Loop
- Lead implementation and governance of our always-on partner feedback loop (powered by Canny.io), including intake, triage, tagging, and cross-functional routing.
- Drive adoption and engagement across pilot cohorts, establishing transparent “You said / We did” reporting.
- Partner with product team to ensure feedback informs roadmap prioritization and portal enhancements.
- Deliver monthly insights on engagement, sentiment trends, and actionable themes to leadership.
- Define scale plan for expansion across additional commercial models post-pilot.
- Program Leadership Council (PLC)
- Serve as single-threaded owner for PLC strategy and governance, defining and evolving the overall structure, operating model, and engagement cadence.
- Act as PMO for all PLC engagements including agenda prioritization, ownership, and decision framing.
- Consolidate partner input, maintain the PLC decision log, and deliver executive-ready post-session summaries, internal communications, and post-event surveys.
- Track and drive visible follow-through on program enhancements and pilots influenced by PLC feedback.
- Program Launch Support & Execution
- Partner with commercial model leads to ensure engagement and communications requirements are embedded in BRDs, launch workbacks, and roadmap milestones.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Support, and Enablement to drive field and partner readiness.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 10 years of experience in partner programs, GTM strategy, ecosystem operations, channel strategy, program management, or related roles within a B2B SaaS or technology platform environment.
- Demonstrated success designing and scaling partner engagement and communications strategies across complex, multi-product ecosystems.
- Experience leading program-level communications, including launch planning, stakeholder alignment, intake governance, and KPI-driven performance measurement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear narratives across complex, cross-functional initiatives and facilitate executive- or partner-facing forums or advisory councils.
- Experience embedding structured feedback mechanisms (e.g., advisory councils, NPS/PSAT, qualitative research, always-on feedback tools) into program or product lifecycles.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Partner-facing teams within a matrixed organization.
- Strong program management discipline, including governance frameworks (e.g., DACE), intake processes, milestone tracking, and executive-ready reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate partner insights, sentiment data, and KPI data into actionable roadmap and GTM recommendations.
- Ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Preferred / Bonus: Experience scaling partner programs globally across multiple segments or commercial models. Familiarity with PRM platforms, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), survey tools, or feedback platforms (e.g., Canny).
