Provider Relations Associate Analyst

Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the Provider Relations job family in a support capacity.
- Supports and maintains positive relationships with health care professionals within the network.
- Provides high quality service to health care professionals.
- Provide assistance regarding education, contract questions and non-routine claim issues.
- Coordinates communications process on such issues as administrative and medical policy, reimbursement and provider utilization patterns.
- Assists providers in contract compliance and credentialing issues.
- Assists with preparation or modification of provider contracts.
- Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets.
- Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales.
- Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Provider Relations.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Customer Service Experience ,Healthcare Experience ,Call Center Experience .
- Inbound Call Center Experience: 1-2 years at least .
- 1+ year of Customer Service Experience .
- Prior experience working in a dental or medical healthcare environment .
- Basic healthcare terminology .
- Ability to use multiple systems on a computer .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely .
- Previous production experience is a plus .
- High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent.
