Provider Relations Associate Analyst

Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the Provider Relations job family in a support capacity.
• Supports and maintains positive relationships with health care professionals within the network.
• Provides high quality service to health care professionals.
• Provide assistance regarding education, contract questions and non-routine claim issues.
• Coordinates communications process on such issues as administrative and medical policy, reimbursement and provider utilization patterns.
• Assists providers in contract compliance and credentialing issues.
• Assists with preparation or modification of provider contracts.
• Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets.
• Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales.
• Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Provider Relations. 

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Customer Service Experience ,Healthcare Experience ,Call Center Experience .
• Inbound Call Center Experience: 1-2 years at least .
• 1+ year of Customer Service Experience .
• Prior experience working in a dental or medical healthcare environment .
• Basic healthcare terminology .
• Ability to use multiple systems on a computer .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely .
• Previous production experience is a plus .
• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent.
