Technology Project Manager

Pay Range: $70 - $74/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage the project, communication, resource plans and processes
• Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish
• Analyze all management and technical processes to ensure they’re delivered as expected
• Conduct Scrum Cernomonies (Daily Standup. Backlog, Retrospective, Iterative planning etcs)
• Schedule project estimates and milestones
• Generate regular status reports to update stakeholders and manage projects
• Risk Management and Escalations

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Scrum
• Experience with end-to-end software delivery life cycle is critical.
• WorkdayMinimum 5 years of experience as a Tech Project Manager, leading large cross-functional complex initiatives, preferably supporting HR or Banking is preferred.
• Must be PMP certified.
• Candidate must have strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to manage large initiatives.
• Experience with end-to-end SW delivery life cycle is critical.
• Ability to collaborate with technology partners and business stakeholders to provide oversight, drive timelines, manage risks, and prioritize deliverables aligned to business outcomes.
• Demonstrated Risk Management skills and experience.
• Proficiency with M/S Project and Microsoft toolset (M365).
• Actively identify, manage, and remove impediments affecting progress to team productivity.
• Technology Initiative experience is required. Past HR or Workday experience is desirable.
• Experience using Rally Agile tool
• HR Domain Knowledge
