Pay Range: $30 - $35/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Retirement, health and welfare program management, Workday and benefits enrollment.
• This is part time job 20 hours a week and more than that.
• Skilled and detail-oriented benefits analyst with experience with large clients (over 5k employees)
• A blend of retirement and health and welfare program management experience
• Excellent analytical skills and strong foundational knowledge of employee benefits programs
• Experience with vendor management
• Ability to analyze and extract data
• Ability to jump in to reply to employee inquiries and respond in a timely manner
• Experience with Workday Help is a plus
• Ability to identify resources and where support is needed with little supervision
• Position expected to be 20 hours per week but could increase up to 40 hours depending on workload/volume.
