Quality Assurance Analyst III

Pay Range: $45 - $47/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform exhaustive testing during two-week sprints.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product owners.
• Adapt testing strategies as AI technologies evolve.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address challenges and clarify requirements.
• Call summarization within various business lines (Auto, Deposits, Insurance).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Minimum of 5 years in QA, with a focus on test automation (preferably API testing).Python for test automation. ( PYTest and Swagger)
• API testing frameworks (preferably open-source like Playwright or Cypress).
• AWS services (S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and classification models.
• Strong coding skills in Python (2-3 years minimum).
• Experience with version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
• Python for test automation. ( PYTest and Swagger)
