Pay Range: $25 - $28/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Looking for BCM background and technology recovery planning
• Main continuity and added to that risk review, infrastructure and testing terminology, clound and prem environment, challenge on how it is and how we can change
• 50 different departments - build relationship with cross functional team
• To collect disaster recovery planning
• Having Lucid and eGRC Archer BCM module would be a good to have
• This position will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program which encompasses the governance of Technology Recovery (aka Disaster Recovery), Business Continuity and Vendor Continuity at Client.
• Coordinate the company’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program including Business Continuity, Technical Recovery, and Vendor Continuity.
• Provide effective second line challenge and oversight of BCM plans.
• Develop, review and enhance Business Continuity Management policy, programs and procedures.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: 1-3 years of experience in BCM.
• Ability to develop strong partnerships and influence people.
• Good communication & Multi-task.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• High School Diploma is required.
• 2-5 years financial services, preferably auto finance experience.
• Good to have bachelor’s in emergency Mgmt., Risk Mgmt., Business studies or equivalent work experience.
• Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM), or equivalent.
• Lucid and/or eGRC Archer BCM module is good to have.
