Pay Range: $30 - $32.50/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Hiring Manager Notes:
• Role would be extending into 2026 most likely.
• Role is 100% onsite
• WORK SCHEDULE - will have to work weekends, schedule could be Wed through Sun or Sat through Wed.
• - Travel, may need to go to Malvern or Raritan sites to help from time to time (must be open to travel to sites when needed).
• Shift Timings: will have to work weekends, schedule could be Wed through Sun or Sat through Wed .
• Setup reduced scale biotherapeutic unit operations
• Preculture from vial to wave bag
• Daily offline sampling of preculture and cell culture
• Basic bioreactor operation (daily sampling, calibration of pH, DO, and PAT sensors)
• Set up and tear down of bioreactors
• Setup for other unit operations (i.e. harvest filtration, downstream purification columns) as appropriate 
• Summarize data in electronic notebook
• Conduct laboratory experiments from notebook protocols under guidance of scientists
• Perform laboratory operation functions under direction of scientist that includes overseeing equipment maintenance, calibration, laboratory safety inspections, equipment qualification and work instructions, and consumable point of use purchase orders.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Looking for someone who has experience with Lab Scientist Operations (Will NOT be managing any workers).
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
• Must have Large Molecule experience.
• Must have Bioprocessing experience (or Bioengineering).
• Experience with paperwork on lab equipment, GMP and Must be able to run equipment if needed & Must have at least 2-5 years of experience.
• Should have experience with Wet Chemistry, pre-culture/post-culture
• Bachelor's Degree
• Looking for someone who has experience with Lab Scientist Operations
• Will NOT be managing any workers

• Must be able to run equipment if needed
• Need to be a team player and be able to step in when needed or asked
• Must have at least 2-5 years of experience
