UX Designer: Intermediate

Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• A designer in this role is responsible for supporting the design team by defining business problems and design requirements.
• Facilitating design sessions, collaborating with team members to break down complex problems into manageable tasks, and navigating the entire work stream from discovery through delivery.
• They also participate in research efforts, synthesize findings, create end-to-end member experiences, present their work effectively, and ensure compliance with risk management policies.
• A designer in this role has the potential to contribute across several design teams applied to different products within a complex large-scale program in different phases of delivery.
• This role does not require proficiency in executing Design Research, but candidates should have the ability to synthesize and apply Research findings throughout the Design process.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:UX Designing, Responsive Web and Native Applications Design,Human-centered Design (HCD), UI; Figma Auto Layout.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in UX Designing at an Enterprise level.
• Experience designing user interfaces (UI) for responsive web and native applications (iOS, Android, etc.).
• Ability to apply human-centered design (HCD) principles and methods to create effective solutions that align with user needs.
• A working understanding of best practices in website navigation, mobile patterns, information architecture, and usability.
• Skilled in facilitating cross-functional sessions, collaborating with team members, and building consensus among diverse groups.
• The candidate should be proficient in advanced Figma features such as Auto Layout. 
• Experience working with a mature Design System and within a structured work process.
• Jira experience a plus.
• Design research tools would be a bonus.
• Potentially setting up a test would be a bonus.
