Pay Range: $45 - $48/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned function.
• Identify problem statement and approach to analysis.
• Ability to extract required data, clean and prepare in required format.
• Statistical analysis to identify underlying patterns, trends, and root cause.
• Responds to data requests from Health Plans and teams.
• Ability to extract required data, clean and prepare in required format.
• Critical thinking to problem solves based on data needs.
• Conducts data exploration and analysis, identifying patterns, relationships and trends that will improve efficiencies around processes and productivity.
• Create data visualization presentations (charts/graphs/dashboards).
• Prepare reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other IMRO leadership and other areas to understand data needs.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Amisys/Xcelys data structure knowledge required, SQL – 3+ years is required and Advanced Excel, Report Building.
• Golden is required.
• Communication, time management, prioritization, project management, collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access.
• Experience with developing documentation for business work processes, process flows and call flows and provide subsequent training, if necessary.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• 4+ years of business process and analysis experience is highly preferred.
• Shift: Flexible, general shift within the team’s business hours.
