Pay Range: $33 - $58/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Supervision
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily nursing operations and staffing.
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards, safety regulations, and policies.
• Mentor and support nurses, medical assistants, and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of clinical staff.
• Lead quality initiatives and ensure survey readiness across the practice.
• Patient Care & Clinical Excellence
• Deliver and coordinate evidence-based patient care across Allergy & Asthma services.
• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) for all patient interactions.
• Maintain open communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Promote culturally sensitive, relationship-based care for all patient populations.
• Professional Growth & Collaboration
• Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a learning-oriented environment.
• Encourage professional development and clinical competency within the team.
• Lead by example in shared governance and continuous improvement efforts.
• Evidence-Based Practice & Compliance
• Implement and uphold standards of care based on evidence and best practices.
• Participate in research, data collection, and clinical audits.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Support risk management and safety initiatives within the practice.
• Operations & Efficiency
• Maintain appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
• Support financial sustainability through operational excellence and clinical efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinical informatics for EHR optimization and workflow improvement.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills;BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse .
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse (Required)
• Supervisory or leadership experience (Preferred)
• Prior experience in a physician practice or outpatient setting (Highly Preferred)
• Active RN License (Georgia or Compact State – Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in clinical technology and electronic medical records.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
