Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership at the unit/microsystem level to improve care delivery, quality, and patient safety
• Coordinate and optimize care delivery processes across the clinical microsystem
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage care, resources, and outcomes
• Lead and support quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
• Utilize data, informatics, and technology to assess performance and drive change
• Promote shared governance, staff engagement, and effective team communication
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and disease-specific standards
• Support care environment management, including workflow optimization and resource stewardship
• Mentor, coach, and precept nurses; support professional development and role modeling
• Manage clinical outcomes, including risk anticipation for high-risk patients and mandated quality measures
• Advocate for patients and uphold ethical nursing practice and standards of care

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years acute care RN experience with similar patient populations
• Progressive experience in direct patient care, staff education, and problem solving
• Strong clinical leadership, mentoring, and staff development skills
• Expertise in quality improvement methodologies and patient safety practices
• Ability to analyze data, identify operational improvements, and implement change
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in healthcare technology and informatics to support care delivery
• Strong skills in delegation, oversight, and evaluation of care
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Additional Requirements:
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
