Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions
- Manage and enhance IAM processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certifications
- Integrate applications with SailPoint using SSO, connectors, and APIs
- Configure and maintain identity lifecycle, roles, policies, and workflows
- Collaborate with security and application teams to enforce cybersecurity best practices
- Troubleshoot identity, access, and authentication-related issues
- Support audits, compliance, and access governance initiatives
- Must have skills: SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), IAM (Identity Access Management), SSO (Single Sign On)
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint
- Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- In-depth knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Solid cybersecurity background and security-first mindset
- Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies
- Understanding of authentication/authorization standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect preferred)
- Experience with cloud IAM integrations
- Scripting or development experience (Java, BeanShell, or similar)
- Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC, ISO)
