Provider Integration Specialist
Immediate need for a talented Provider Integration Specialist. This is a 04+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Norwood, OH (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $48 - $52/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end integration process for newly hired providers, ensuring all onboarding tasks are completed efficiently from contract execution to the first day of practice.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to manage provider relocations, additions of new practice locations, and departures, ensuring all operational and compliance requirements are met.
- Collaborate with Medical Staff, service line leadership, operations, IT, and other stakeholders to prepare providers with necessary resources, equipment, and information.
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance provider integration workflows.
- Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and balance competing demands to meet deadlines and objectives effectively.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of departmental responsibilities related to provider integration and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
- Oversee communication and follow-up with providers and internal teams to resolve integration issues promptly.
- Ensure proper return and recycling of equipment and hardware when providers depart from the network.
- Develop and enforce effective meeting norms and project management best practices.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Process Improvement, Six Sigma, Physician Onboarding
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and/or process improvement within a healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
- Experience working directly with physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) preferred.
- At least 2.5 years of experience interacting significantly with physicians.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or related project management methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of healthcare operations and provider onboarding processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and communicate effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead change management and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
