Pay Range: $80 - $85/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Design and Development:Lead the strategic design and continuous enhancement of the AI curriculum for the Bachelor of Science in AI program.
• Ensure the curriculum integrates rigorous theoretical foundations with practical, hands-on applications.
• Incorporate the latest advancements in AI research, tools, and methodologies into the curriculum.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching and assessment strategies to maximize student learning outcomes.
• Faculty Collaboration and Mentorship:Work closely with faculty members to develop course content, teaching materials, and assessment tools.
• Mentor and support faculty in adopting cutting-edge pedagogical approaches and integrating AI tools into their teaching.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative learning environment for both faculty and students.
• Industry Engagement:Forge and maintain strong partnerships with industry leaders to ensure the curriculum remains aligned with industry needs and emerging trends.
• Facilitate internships, co-op programs, and industry-sponsored projects to provide students with real-world experience.
• Invite industry experts to guest lecture, lead workshops, and provide critical feedback on the curriculum.
• Program Evaluation and Assessment:Develop and implement a comprehensive evaluation system to assess the effectiveness of the AI curriculum.
• Collect and analyze data on student performance, learning outcomes, and satisfaction.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform curriculum revisions and continuous improvement.
• Administrative Duties:Manage the budget and resources allocated for the AI curriculum.
• Oversee the scheduling and delivery of AI courses.
• Supervise course facilitators and other support staff.
• Actively participate in faculty committees and contribute to the academic governance of the institute.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• DIRECTOR AND (AI OR "ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE") AND (JOURNAL OR JOURNALS OR PATENT OR THESIS OR RESEARCH OR PUBLICATION) AND (PHD OR "PH.D" OR "PH.D.").
• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI research (peer-reviewed publications) and/or practical application (patents, product designs).
• Experience in teaching at the undergraduate level.
• Proven track record in curriculum design, development, and assessment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in collaborating with industry partners.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in developing online or blended learning courses.
• Familiarity with AI ethics and social implications.
• Publications in AI-related journals or conferences.
