Techno-Functional Delivery Manager

Pay Range: $70 - $72/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; "Delivery Manager", “Java”, “UI”
• 15-18 years of total experience with at least 10 in a delivery leadership role
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end IT project delivery in an Agile or hybrid environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Basic hands-on or conceptual understanding of Java-based applications, databases, and UI technologies (React,  Angular).
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
• Experience in enterprise application delivery
• Familiarity with DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business goals into actionable delivery plans.
• Collaborative and proactive leader with a focus on outcomes.
• Balanced mindset between technical understanding and functional execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
