IT Asset Management Analyst

Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
 

• Key Skills:Software licensing, Renewals & ELP; SAM Pro and MS Office .
• Requires in depth knowledge of organization stated technology standards, procedures and methods.
• Manages medium to large projects.
• Works with IT Business Partner and Several Business Units to ensure scope is explicitly defined and documented.
• Reconcile Supplier quotations, Purchase Requisitions & Invoices.
• Manage budget, forecast and actuals monthly, quarterly, yearly.
• Establishes and executes a project communication plan.
• Work with Cross-functional team leads.
• BS degree or equivalent experience in related field required.
• Two (2) to five (5) years' experience.
• Applies knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations.
• Works independently with minimal guidance.
• Experience in MS Excel, Word, Presentations.
• Understand Software licensing and Renewals.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, SAM Pro / Service Now.
• Supports with Software Policy, Process and Procedures.
• Experience working with Vendor Management team.
