Technical Business Analyst/ Scrum Master

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Serve as liaison between multiple Technical teams in making sure technical requirements are clearly understood and documented.
• Work with Technical teams to ensure delivery of requirements, support delivery on schedule
• Effective documentation of key technical processes, working with technical teams to work through technical details to understand and document design, key details, dependencies and map out technical processes.
• Effectively manage scrum meetings such as Scrum planning, Refinement, Stand-ups. Collaborating closely with product teams, technical teams, project managers, other scrum masters
• Escalate risks and issues as necessary

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
 

• Skills-Business Analysis, Scrum Master, Sprint Planning, Stakeholder Meeting, Requirement Gathering, CSM-Preferred.
• EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
• YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 8+ years
• CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: Certified Scrum Master and Business Analysts Certifications preferred. Safe Agile Certified preferred.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master or equivalent in Agile projects, managing complex projects and programs
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies
• Must have strong PowerPoint development, MS-Excel, Jira skills
• Good ability to ascertain the wider objectives of projects and programs
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
• Retail industry experience preferred
•  The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, multi-tasking environment
• Proven ability to interact with various levels of management and other associates
