Pay Range: $88 - $91/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Lead complex technical programs across Architecture & Engineering teams
• Drive strategic initiatives with fintech partners
• Manage program governance and risk mitigation
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Portfolio prioritization and roadmap management
• 2. Financial Management
• Manage program budgets ($1M-$5M annually)
• Capital and operational expense planning
• Resource cost allocation and forecasting
• ROI analysis and business case development
• Business & System Analysis
• Technical Analysis
• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Define integration requirements with fintech partners
• Perform cost-benefit analysis for technical solutions
• Support feature estimation and prioritization
• Process & Metrics
• Develop and track program KPIs
• Process modeling and optimization
• Value stream mapping and analysis

 Key Requirements and Technology Experience:  

• Key skills; Financial Management, Program Management, Business & System Analysis
• 8+ Years Required; 10+ Years Preferred
• Tools & Technology
• JIRA Tools ( Jira Align etc.)
• SAFe Agile Framework Confluence
• Foundational understanding of Development , architecture & SDLC methodologies preferred
• Experience in handling teams at different locations
• Great communications and presentations skills.
