Java Software Engineer

Pay Range: $67 - $70/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• AWS
• Java/Spring
• Angular – 60%
• Cloud AWS
• Willing to learn automation (cucumber, serenity, Java)
• Java / Spring Boot – need to modify existing API’s – 40%

• REST APIs
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, computer engineering, information systems preferred, with at least 6 years of development experience.
• High proficiency in Java, Javascript, and a fundamental understanding of software design, data structures and algorithms is required.
• Experience with the Angular and Spring Boot framework, Resul APIs, AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service, Terraform, Docker, Jenkins Core, and Datadog.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and parse business logic into technical requirements, experienced in an agile scrum environment.
• Leadership and mentorship experience preferred.
• Background in building technologies consumed by other developers and integrators, crafting user documentation.
• Providing peer reviews for code changes
