Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:Contracting, Data quality, Good Communication, Documentation skills, Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS).
• Data oriented, organized, quick learner of processes, experience collaborating with stakeholders and peers , Data quality monitoring, Attention to detail, proficient in Excel, Documentation .
• Preferred- WSS- Workday , Contracts .
• Experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS) or similar platform.
• At least 5 years using Microsoft Excel (basic formulas such as xlookups/If, Pivot tables, Graphs, data aggregation), PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Adobe.
• Experience creating power point presentations.
• Understanding of Enterprise Supply Chain Source to Pay process, specifically contracting.
• Review for compliance with established data quality criteria (testing).
• Analyze data to independently extract KRIs and KPIs while summarizing results.
• Aggregate data for periodic reporting, adhoc reports, metric reporting.
• Document and track on going Data Quality monitoring activities.
• Analyzing Program requirements independently to be able to propose solutions, identify impacts, risks and issues.
• Establish and maintain strong functional relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to demonstrate strong initiative.
• Capable of identifying and resolving data discrepancies collaboratively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Process focus with emphasis on data quality.
• Data Analysis/ Aggregation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Ability to work & collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize projects.
