Key Responsibilities:
- Review 3-4 charts an hour to capture HCCs while identifying coding trends.
- Training on processes, guidelines, and coding tools.
- Code outpatient provider visits, no hospital records.
- Only 3 DOS per member are required.
- Skills-Minimum 2 years in Risk Adjustment production coding.
- Production Coding – 2 years.
- Microsoft Office Suites – Intermediate level.
- MS Applications (Excel, MS, Outlook, Access, Teams) – Intermediate level.
- HS Diploma & Certification: CPC.
