Business Analyst/ Product Analyst

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Help prioritize and plan the upcoming sprints.
• Leverage data mapping skills involving JSON and XML files.
• Understand data flows to help create relevant stories.
• Work with product owner and Business Lead to scope & plan changes.
• Facilitate requirements capturing and user story grooming sessions with stakeholders and document user-stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Partner with your Development Lead and Architects to find innovative solutions.
• Work with teammates to clarify the requirements and scope and test developed solutions to ensure the accurate business outcome.
• Work with other interface teams including the data model, architecture, support teams and be a crucial liaison in iteratively developing and maturing the Investor Reporting.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:SQL, Jira, Confluence .
• 5+ years of related experience.
• College degree or work equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in business, system, data analysis is preferred.
• Mortgage Industry or Financial Services experience is preferred.
• Agile development experience is preferred.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft technologies.
• Product certifications a plus (CSPO, CSM).
• Outstanding interpersonal, technical, and organizational skills.
• Be a great teammate and able to work collaboratively!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, technical awareness and leadership abilities.
• Passion for driving value to customers and excitement for change management & delivery.
• Data mining skills .
• A curious mind set! .
