Pay Range: $36 - $42 /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). 

Key Responsibilities:

• As an Intermediate UX Designer, you will collaborate within high-performing, cross-organizational teams to enhance Member experiences.
• responsibilities include generating ideas, creating prototypes, and delivering high Client design solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• This role requires four years of experience in Product Design or UX Design.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in communication, collaboration, and facilitation, as well as proficiency in design tools.
• A designer in this role is responsible for supporting the design team by defining business problems and design requirements, facilitating design sessions, collaborating with team members to break down complex problems into manageable tasks, and navigating the entire work stream from discovery through delivery.
• They also participate in research efforts, synthesize findings, create end-to-end member experiences, present their work effectively, and ensure compliance with risk management policies.
• A designer in this role has the potential to contribute across several design teams applied to different products within a complex, large-scale program in different phases of delivery

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key  Skills: Detailed Portfolio; UX Design; Design UIs for Web and Native Apps (iOS/Android); Design Language System; HCD; User testing; Usability; Design research; Figma
• A portfolio showcasing relevant digital design experience is required.
• Ability to apply human-centered design principles and methods to create effective solutions that align with user needs. (3 years preferred)
• Skilled in facilitating cross-functional sessions, collaborating with team members, and building consensus among diverse groups. (3 years preferred)
• Experience designing user interfaces for responsive web and native applications (iOS, Android, etc.), including a working understanding of best practices in website navigation, mobile patterns, information architecture, and usability. (3 years preferred)
• Proficiency in advanced Figma features such as Auto Layout.
• Leveraging a Design Language System
• Remote User Testing using Maze, etc.
• This role does not require proficiency in executing Design Research, but candidates should have the ability to synthesize and apply Research findings throughout the Design process.
